This was a beautiful wedding. The couple chose a beautiful villa set in a dramatic location, a place called Ambergris Caye. We did some post-processing, and a few images were monochrome with only certain items in color.


The West Fork of the Oak Creek Canyon, near Sedona, Arizona, is known for its beautiful display of colors during October.

We’ve been tracking the progress of Johanna and Jenny, our favorite sisters in Antigua, Guatemala, since we started visiting their beautiful city five years ago. Each time we go, we visit them on the hill where they live.

We met Portia at the airport while waiting at the gate. She was so beautiful that we had to do an impromptu shoot on the spot, using existing light (which turned out be wonderful). I used the trusty Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4 lens to achieve the beautiful bokeh. Thanks, Portia!

Believe it or not, these Thompson Seedless grapes grew on a plant in my back yard. And they were so good.

I did a quick and dirty studio setup for our Raku ceramics class, using a pair of halogen video lights, and took photos of everyone’s favorite pieces.
